Al-Hira Manpower places skilled workers with employers across the Gulf. We're growing our front desk and looking for 2 telecallers who are warm, fast, and organised on the phone.
What you'll do
- Answer and return incoming enquiries from candidates (calls, WhatsApp, web)
- Note down each candidate's details accurately in our system
- Understand what work they're looking for and pass the right ones to our recruiters
- Follow up on older leads when time allows
What we're looking for
- Clear, confident communication in Bengali and Hindi
- Comfortable spending the day on the phone
- Organised and accurate with details you won't let an enquiry slip
- This is a steady, salary-based role (not target/commission) ideal if you like process-driven work
- Prior telecalling / customer-service / BPO experience is a plus
What we offer
- Fixed salary of 14,000/month to 17,000/ month
