Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support middleware infrastructure environments
• Work with MQ and Kafka platforms
• Support application teams with required configuration changes during AWS migration
• Troubleshoot middleware and application infrastructure issues
• Plan and execute middleware upgrades and complex rollouts
• Participate in DR testing, upgrades, and infrastructure maintenance
• Define and follow middleware standards, best practices, and operational procedures
• Work closely with application, networking, and operations teams
• Act as a Middleware SME and provide technical guidance/mentorship
