Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. The role is responsible for understanding business needs, analyzing processes, defining requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions that provide measurable business value.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.

Process Analysis & Improvement

- Analyze current business processes and recommend enhancements.
- Document business workflows, process maps, and operational procedures.
- Identify business risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Support business process transformation and digitalization initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

- Build strong relationships with business users, product owners, technology teams, and senior management.
- Facilitate discussions to achieve consensus on requirements and solutions.
- Present business cases, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout project delivery.

Solution Delivery Support

- Collaborate with Solution Designers, System Analysts, Developers, and QA teams.
- Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Assist in defining MVPs and prioritizing business requirements.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and expected outcomes.

Testing & Implementation

- Develop and review test scenarios,



test cases, and business validation criteria.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate delivered solutions against agreed requirements.
- Support change management and user adoption activities.

Data Analysis & Reporting

- Analyze business data and trends to support decision-making.
- Define reporting requirements and key business metrics.
- Prepare business reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
