- Design and deliver customized soft skills training programs for aspirants.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in aspirant performance and develop training solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with aspirants to understand their requirements and provide tailored lessons.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and make necessary improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or related field.
- Robust understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and communication techniques.
