Role Summary

The Service Engineer X-Ray will support BPL’s imaging business by ensuring a dependable service experience for customers across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission X-Ray and imaging equipment at customer locations.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Diagnose electrical, electronic, and equipment-related faults.
- Carry out repairs, component replacements, calibration, and performance checks.




- Attend service calls and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spares and technical assistance.
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
- Follow applicable quality, safety, and regulatory procedures.
- Provide basic operational guidance to customers and end users.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical, Instrumentation Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.0–4 years of relevant experience.
- Exposure to X-Ray or diagnostic imaging equipment will be preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.
