- Provide oversight of Solar EPC performance against contractual scope, key interfaces, ESG commitments, schedule, quality and commissioning objectives.
- Review critical design, construction, energization and COD issues escalated by the Solar Site Team Leader.
- Coordinate Solar dependencies with grid connectivity, BESS integration, common infrastructure and PMO functional leads.
- Assess recovery proposals for underperforming clusters or schedule-critical Solar work fronts.
- Review package risks, exceptions, proposed Client decisions and readiness recommendations before executive escalation.
- Support Client technical reviews relating to solar plant completion, performance readiness and HOTO obligations.
Preferred candidate profile
BE / B Tech with 10-15 years of experience in EPC projects, and major in Solar Projects
