Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Web Developer (HTML Email Developer) with expertise in creating responsive HTML email templates and delivering high-quality email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong HTML/CSS skills, experience in email template development, testing, troubleshooting, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Requirements Gathering

- Collaborate with Project Managers and marketing stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and requirements.
- Review project briefs thoroughly and seek clarifications before development.
- Identify and communicate potential risks during campaign execution.
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements into HTML email templates.

HTML Email Template Development

- Develop responsive HTML email templates from PSD designs.
- Ensure compatibility across major email clients and devices.
- Implement dynamic and personalized content using technologies such as AMPscript and SSJS.
- Optimize email templates for performance, usability, and deliverability.

Email Testing & Quality Assurance

- Conduct comprehensive testing across multiple email clients and devices.
- Validate rendering, functionality, links, and personalization elements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HTML/CSS-related rendering issues.





Process Compliance & Documentation

- Accurately update ticketing and request management systems with required details and timelines.
- Follow all SOPs, DTPs, checklists, and process documentation.
- Complete operational reports and maintain accurate records for reporting and tracking purposes.

Required Skills

Must Have

- Strong proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience building responsive email templates for various email clients.
- Understanding of email marketing and email design best practices.
- Knowledge of email deliverability and user experience principles.
- Experience testing and troubleshooting email rendering issues.
- High attention to detail and quality standards.

Good to Have

- Experience with AMPscript and SSJS.
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Understanding of personalization and dynamic content implementation.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in HTML email development/web development.
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Requirement

For experienced candidates, PF and Form 16 documents from all previous organizations are mandatory during the hiring process.
