Role Overview

We are looking for a goal-driven, results-oriented Freelance B2B Lead Generator to help expand our enterprise client base. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and engaging key decision-makers (HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, Founders, and C-Suite Executives) to drive successful client onboardings.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting: Identify and research high-potential B2B leads (corporate clients, growing startups, and enterprises) in need of modern HR consultancy and AI-driven hiring solutions.

Outreach & Engagement: Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone calls, or networking channels to introduce KryptonPath’s offerings.

Pipeline Management: Pitch our value proposition, qualify leads, and nurture relationships up to the point of successful client onboarding.

Conversion: Drive deals across the finish line to secure signed contracts/agreements.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation,



business development, or sales within the HR Tech, Recruitment Consultancy, SaaS, or Corporate Training industries.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing or qualifying B2B enterprise leads (portfolio/case studies required).

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to pitch AI-driven and consultancy products to senior leadership.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and deliver consistent pipeline results.

Selection Process

Selection will be portfolio-based. Candidates must share proof of past B2B lead generation results, successful campaigns, or client acquisition metrics in similar industries during application.
