Key Responsibilities :

- Respond to customer queries promptly through live chat/ Email.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Handle multiple chat / Email conversations simultaneously with efficiency.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Freshers are Eligible
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Typing speed of 30 WPM or above with positive accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on multiple applications.
- Solid problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.

Shift Requirements :





- Must be flexible to work Night Shifts.
- Willing to work on Weekends and Rotational Shifts, if required.

Transportation :

- Two-way cab facility will be provided for employees residing within the hiring radius, as per company policy.
