Job Summary

This Position reports to: Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Production Technician in defining processes. Each day, you will learn to accomplish relevant tasks through on-the-job training and applying this knowledge to support production. You will also showcase your expertise by optimizing the cost, quality, and on-time delivery of products.

The work model for the role is: onsite/hybrid/remote.

This role is contributing to the product group in the region. Main stakeholders are the main stakeholder groups.

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Supporting the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services within the defined area as directed.
- Monitoring (under the supervision of a mentor) the production process and performs basic quality and testing checks.
- Ensuring effective usage of consumables, spare parts for machinery and equipment, and all sorts of preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
- Providing cycle time data for the production process to internal teams.
