About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling technology consultancy in the Enterprise Data & Analytics sector, we design and deploy scalable data architectures for Fortune 500 clients and high-growth startups across BFSI, Healthcare, and Retail. Our data modelers translate complex business rules into high-performance logical and physical models that power real-time reporting, AI/ML pipelines, and regulatory compliance-working with contemporary cloud data platforms, SQL engines, and governance frameworks. Role & Responsibilities

- Design, document, and optimize end-to-end data models-conceptual logical physical-for enterprise data warehouses, lakes, and operational data stores.
- Collaborate with business analysts and engineers to translate source system schemas, KPIs, and reporting requirements into normalized/dimensionally modeled structures.
- Apply data governance and lineage standards across models to ensure auditability, scalability, and compliance with GDPR/CCPA and industry-specific regulations.
- Validate model performance via SQL query profiling, schema tuning, and data redundancy elimination-supporting low-latency BI and ML workloads.
- Lead model reviews with stakeholders,



ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles, Kimball/Inmon methodologies, and cloud-native best practices.
- Mentor junior modelers and establish reusable modeling patterns, data dictionary templates, and automated documentation pipelines.
