About the Role
Innovative Project Management Services Pvt. Ltd. (IPMS) is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR to lead and strengthen the organization's Human Resource function.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing the complete employee lifecycle, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Payroll Coordination, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, Compliance, Vendor Management, and Employee Retention.
The role requires a qualified who can establish structured HR systems, drive talent acquisition, build employee-centric initiatives, and partner with the leadership team to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
- Prepare and review Job Descriptions in consultation with departmental heads.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants, job portals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with respective departments.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
2. Employee Onboarding & Exit Management
- Manage complete onboarding formalities and documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programmes.
- Coordinate with IT and Admin for smooth onboarding.
- Manage employee confirmations, resignations, full & final settlements, and exit interviews.
3. Performance Management
- Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) across the organization.
- Coordinate probation reviews, confirmations, appraisals, and promotions.
- Assist department heads in setting KRAs, KPIs, and performance objectives.
- Monitor employee performance and recommend improvement plans wherever required.
4. Learning & Development
- Identify departmental training needs.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual training calendars.
- Organize technical, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training programmes.
- Coordinate internal and external trainers.
- Measure training effectiveness and employee learning outcomes.
5. Payroll & HR Operations
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with the Finance Department.
- Verify attendance, leave records, reimbursements, and payroll inputs.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Ensure timely issuance of HR letters, contracts, and statutory documentation.
6. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Drive employee welfare initiatives and recognition programmes.
- Handle employee grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Develop initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
7. HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and periodically review HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain HR MIS, reports, and documentation.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR.
8. Vendor & Recruitment Agency Management
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies for manpower sourcing.
- Negotiate commercials and monitor agency performance.
- Manage HR-related vendors, training partners, and service providers.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery from all HR vendors.
9. Employee Retention
- Design and implement employee retention strategies.
- Analyse attrition trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct employee feedback sessions and engagement surveys.
- Work closely with department heads to improve employee experience and retention.
10. HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR MIS reports.
- Present recruitment status, manpower reports, attrition analysis, payroll summaries, training reports, and HR dashboards to the management.
- Maintain accurate HR records and data analytics for informed decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR Generalist experience.
- Strong experience in Recruitment, Payroll Coordination, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.
- Sound knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in vendor and recruitment agency management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with AI Tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRMS will be an added advantage.

15-Day Paid Training & Assessment
We don't expect you to understand our entire business from Day 1.
Every selected candidate will therefore undergo a 15-day paid training programme before being inducted into the regular HR system.
At the end of the 15-day training period, there will be an assessment to evaluate your understanding, communication, pitching ability and overall readiness for the role.
If the candidate successfully complete the training and assessment will subsequently be inducted into the regular HR system.
