About the Role :
Bharath Group of Companies is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with robust experience in handling
finance and accounting functions for schools or educational institutions. The ideal candidate should understand
school-specific financial operations, statutory compliance, budgeting, audits, taxation, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage complete accounting and financial operations of the company/school entities.
2. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
3. Handle school fee accounting, receivables, collections, refunds, and reconciliations.
4. Prepare annual budgets and monitor actual expenses against budgets.
5. Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning.
6.



Ensure accurate accounting of salaries, vendor payments, school expenses, and operational costs.
7. Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory compliances.
8. Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
9. Ensure timely completion of audits and statutory filings.
10. Establish and monitor internal financial controls.
11. Review vendor invoices, purchase transactions, payments, and supporting documents.
12. Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management.
13. Provide financial insights to senior management for business and school-level decision-making.
14. Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial processes.
15. Maintain proper documentation and accounting records across all entities.
