• Ability to lead AI Security assessments and engagements

Key Screening Criteria:
Candidates with only Python, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, RAG or general GenAI development experience but without hands-on AI Security / AI Red Teaming / AI Threat Modeling experience will not be considered a strong fit.

Similarly, traditional Cybersecurity/VAPT profiles will be considered only when they have meaningful AI/LLM Security specialization.
