About the Role

ACG Infotech Limited is looking for an experienced Functional Consultant to join the Mx-ERP team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business processes, configuring and implementing Mx-ERP, conducting client discussions and demonstrations, preparing functional specifications, and supporting customers during implementation and post-go-live.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on understanding of Manufacturing ERP and Project Management processes, preferably with experience in ERP implementation for manufacturing, construction, EPC or project-driven organizations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Process Analysis

- Understand and document client business processes and requirements.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with business users.
- Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Map customer requirements to Mx-ERP functionality.
- Identify functional gaps and propose suitable solutions.

2. Manufacturing Functional Consulting

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including:

- Item / Product Master
- BOM Bill of Materials
- Routing and Operations
- Work Centres / Machines
- Production Planning
- MRP Material Requirements Planning
- Material Requirement Calculation

The candidate should understand project-driven business processes such as:

4. Mx-ERP Implementation





- Participate in end-to-end Mx-ERP implementation projects.
- Configure functional modules based on customer requirements.
- Prepare implementation plans and functional checklists.
- Assist in master-data preparation and migration.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Coordinate with the technical/development team for customisation requirements.
- Validate delivered customisations against approved requirements.
- Support system deployment and Go-Live activities.
- Provide post-Go-Live functional support.

5. Client Interaction & Demonstrations

- Conduct product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Understand client requirements during pre-sales discussions.
- Prepare solution presentations and functional proposals.
- Explain Mx-ERP workflows to business users.
- Conduct user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and stakeholders.

6. Documentation

Prepare and maintain:

- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
- Process Flow Documents
- Gap Analysis Documents
- Functional Specifications
- UAT Test Cases
- User Manuals / Training Documents
- Implementation Checklists
- Go-Live Checklists

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in ERP Functional Consulting / ERP Implementation.
- Solid functional knowledge of Manufacturing ERP and Project Management.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping and ERP implementation.
- Good understanding of MRP, BOM, Production Planning, Inventory and Costing.
- Good understanding of Project Planning, Project Costing, Procurement and Project Billing.
- Experience in conducting ERP demonstrations and user training.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Hindi and English.




- Must additionally know either Tamil or Malayalam.
- Candidate must currently be living in Noida or Delhi NCR.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.

- MBA / PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain or related areas will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a hands-on Functional Consultant, not merely a support executive. The candidate should be capable of independently interacting with customers, understanding their business processes, translating requirements into ERP workflows, and coordinating with the development team to deliver the required solution.

The candidate should have the ability to travel to customer locations for implementation, training and Go-Live activities whenever required.

Salary

5.0 – 7.0 LPA

The final package will be based on:

Important Eligibility Criteria

Only candidates meeting the following criteria should apply:

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant ERP Functional Consulting / Implementation experience.
2. Strong experience in Manufacturing and Project Management processes.
3. Must know English + Hindi + Tamil OR Malayalam.
4. Must be currently residing in Noida / Delhi NCR.
5. Must be comfortable with customer interaction and occasional travel.
