Job Profile / Key Responsibilities

1. The candidate will be responsible for managing the companys IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
2. The candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers, and other IT assets.
3. The candidate will be responsible for managing LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, internet connectivity, and basic network security.
4. The candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to employees and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
5. The candidate will be responsible for managing user accounts, email IDs, access rights, passwords, and IT setup for new employees.
6. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT hardware/software inventory, data backups, licenses, AMC, and service records.
7. The candidate will be responsible for managing CCTV, biometric, access control systems, coordinating with IT vendors, and ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.
8. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT documentation,



monitoring system performance, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and security guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- The candidate should have a Graduate/Diploma qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- The candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT Administration / IT Support.
- The candidate should have good knowledge of Windows, computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
- The candidate should have valuable hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, network management, hardware/software support, and system troubleshooting.
- The candidate should have hands-on experience with LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, and internet connectivity.
- The candidate should have experience in handling CCTV, biometric, access control, AMC, IT inventory, and IT vendors.
- The candidate should have good communication, coordination, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
