About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Third Party Settlement activities for the VHA business. This role is responsible for the accurate accounting, reconciliation, invoicing, settlement and reporting of Roaming, Interconnect, Content and MVNO partner transactions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, robust controls, contractual compliance, timely month-end close activities and effective stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners.

Shift Timing: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM IST

What you will do

- Manage settlement of all costs and revenue related to Roaming, Interconnect, Content and MVNO business partners.
- Validate costs with local market outsourced network partners.
- Prepare partner revenue payments and validate invoices.
- Reconcile partner payments and support local market receipt processes.
- Prepare invoices and credit notes for business partners.
- Prepare and post monthly revenue and cost journals.
- Deliver accurate and timely cash forecasts.
- Complete invoicing, accounting and reconciliations in line with monthly schedules.
- Ensure all month-end close activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Manage intercompany accounts payable and receivable activities, including monthly balance agreement sign-offs and settlements.
- Design and implement effective financial controls aligned with local market margin policies.
- Ensure compliance with system requirements, business rules, authority levels and service level agreements.




- Deliver timely reporting of revenue, cost and settlement activities.
- Monitor, report and resolve incoming and outgoing disputes in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Engage with third-party partners on invoicing, collections and dispute resolution activities.
- Collaborate with local market leadership teams to meet and exceed business expectations.
- Partner with VOIS leadership teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Ensure all team processes are completed accurately, follow approval requirements and meet defined service standards.
- Support Procure-to-Pay processes and ensure invoice processing aligns with documented requirements.
- Take ownership of day-to-day operational issues and support effective resolutions.
- Plan and manage month-end and year-end processes, including ledger reconciliations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification and standardisation.
- Act as a change advocate by recommending enhancements that support business objectives.
- Contribute ideas that improve operational efficiency and elevate team performance benchmarks.

Who you are

- Graduate or Post-Graduate in Commerce.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in revenue and cost accounting, month-end journals or similar finance operations roles.
- Robust accounting knowledge and understanding of financial processes.
- Reporting and MIS skills with robust analytical capabilities.
- Knowledge of the Australian Telecommunications industry is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proactive, accountable and customer-focused approach.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
