Role: Performance Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Notice: Immediate-15 Days

Exp: 7- 10 years

(PnV) Lead Role:

Experience: 7 to 8 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Performance and Validation (PnV) initiatives, including strategy development, planning, execution, and reporting.
- Develop and implement comprehensive PnV strategies aligned with business objectives and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
- Analyze, interpret, and validate NFRs to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability objectives are met.
- Design and execute various performance testing activities, including:
- Load Testing
- Soak/Endurance Testing
- Scalability Testing

- Create workload models and optimize PnV test cycles to improve efficiency and test coverage.
- Produce detailed performance test reports, providing analysis against defined NFRs and recommendations for performance improvements.
- Develop and maintain scripts for business workflows, including recording, scripting, debugging, correlation handling, and test data management.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure,



and architecture teams to identify performance bottlenecks and drive resolution.

Required Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience with performance engineering, automation, and observability tools, including:
- K6
- Mountebank
- Splunk
- Current Relic
- Dynatrace

- Strong understanding of performance engineering methodologies, monitoring, and diagnostics.
- Experience defining and driving performance testing strategies for both on-premises (VM-based) and cloud migration platforms.
- Exposure to cloud technologies and migration programs involving:

- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms in performance testing environments.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive performance testing best practices, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
