Position: Customer Operations Analyst (Chat/ voice)

Location: IT Park, Chandigarh (Work from Office)

Shift: Rotational (Evening/Night + Weekends)

What You’ll Do: Handle inbound chats with US customers professionally

Understand customer needs & provide accurate solutions

Resolve queries with empathy & problem-solving skills

Maintain records of customer interactions

Deliver excellent customer experience

Who Can Apply? Freshers & experienced both welcome

Strong English communication skills (mandatory)

Good problem-solving & multitasking ability

Basic computer knowledge (CRM is a plus)





Ready to work from office in Chandigarh

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Salary & Perks: In-hand Salary: 23,100/month
