Purpose/Objective

We are looking for retired Major/Lt.
colonel Officers from the Indian Army, to join our team for strategic land acquisition and revenue-related operations across India & will be responsible for analyzing land records, preparing land allotment proposals, and developing strong relationships with government officials and regulatory agencies to achieve business targets.
This role play a key role in coordinating land acquisition, obtaining necessary permits, and ensuring compliance with all relevant authorities

Key Responsibilities of Role

•Lead and manage the land acquisition process for projects.
•Provide expert advice and guidance on land acquisition strategies and legal compliance.
• •Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective land acquisition.
•Manage relationships with landowners, government authorities, and other stakeholders.




•Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to land acquisition.
•Prepare and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts related to land acquisition.
•Resolve any issues or disputes related to land acquisition.
•Maintain accurate records and documentation of all land acquisition activities

Technical Competencies

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient land acquisition.
,Experience in maintaining proper records related to legal matters,Manage relationships with landowners, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
,Provide expert advice and guidance on land acquisition strategies and legal compliance

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree is preferred.
