Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQ, estimate quantities, and verify subcontractor bills.

- Conduct rate analysis and prepare rate analysis reports.

- Create bar bending schedules (BBS) and check contractor billing.

- Perform quantity surveying tasks such as quantity estimation, bill checking, and contractor billing.

- Ensure accurate client billing by verifying invoices against purchase orders.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in Billing Engineering or related field.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil or relevant discipline.

- Proficiency in Contractor Billing, Quantity Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Quantity Analysis, Rate Analysis, and Client Billing software tools.
