- Develop and implement Process Safety Management (PSM) programs to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Conduct hazard assessments, risk evaluations, and incident investigations to identify potential risks and mitigate them proactively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop procedures for handling emergency situations, including evacuation plans and response protocols.
- Provide training on PSM principles, hazard identification techniques, and incident investigation methods to employees at all levels.
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in Process Safety Management or related field.
- Robust understanding of OSHA's PSM regulations (29 CFR 1910.119) and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of developing effective PSM programs that minimize risks and prevent accidents.
