Key Responsibilities

- Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, recovery schedules, and progress tracking reports.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of MEP activities.
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, delays, and mitigation measures.
- Conduct critical path analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and project status presentations.
- Track procurement, manpower deployment, and resource loading against project schedules.
- Support project controls, forecasting, and project performance reporting.
- Ensure MEP deliverables are completed in line with project milestones and client requirements.

Mandatory Requirements





- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP Planning & Scheduling
- Solid proficiency in Primavera P6 (Mandatory)
- Experience in construction projects involving MEP systems
- Excellent planning, coordination, and reporting skills
- Experience working on Data Center projects
- Exposure to mission-critical facilities, hyperscale data centers, or large infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of MS Project, Power BI, BIM, or project controls tools
- Primavera P6 Certification is an advantage
- Must be willing to work full onsite.
