- Source and attract top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the job description's technical skills requirements.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in IT recruitment or related field (domestic staffing).
- Robust understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including resume sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, etc.
- Proficiency in technical recruitment techniques such as coding tests, whiteboarding sessions, etc.
