Role & responsibilities

Position: Social Media Executive ( for a fresher - 6 months training period- as Social media Trainee). Else 1-2 years of related experience

Objective

Manage and execute the brand's organic social media presence across all platforms while ensuring timely campaign execution and content planning.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Planning

Plan monthly and weekly content calendars

Develop festival and campaign calendars

Maintain Instagram grid aesthetics and overall brand consistency

Research trends and competitor activities

Social Media Execution

Manage Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn

Schedule and publish posts, Reels and Stories

Coordinate content approvals

Ensure timely execution of campaigns

Coordination

Prepare detailed creative briefs

Coordinate with videographers and graphic designer

Work closely with Performance Marketing for campaign support





Coordinate with external agencies whenever require

Reporting

Weekly and monthly performance reports

Content performance analysis

Recommend improvements based on analytics
