Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, systems and data operations, or process optimization roles, ideally supporting finance or procurement functions
- Proven track record of systems implementation and data migration across enterprise platforms (for example, NetSuite, Coupa, Salesforce, or Zuora)
- 6+ years applying data analysis and visualization principles; proficiency in Power BI
- Intermediate or higher Microsoft Excel experience
- Experience with business process modeling and documentation (RACI, SIPOC, workflow mapping) and workflow automation tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Jira
- Project management experience, including systems implementation and UAT coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and bridge business and technology
- Self-starter who can take on responsibility with little oversight
