Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hotel software integrations across PMS, CRM, booking engines, and F&B; systems.

• Monitor system performance, data pipelines, and API integrations to ensure high availability and real-time synchronization.

• Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to diagnose, escalate, and resolve complex client-facing technical issues.

• Assist in onboarding recent hotel clients by configuring technical environments and validating data stream connectivity.

• Document technical support processes, troubleshooting workflows, and system architecture guides for internal and external use.

• Manage API credentials, security protocols, and user access controls in compliance with hospitality data privacy standards.

• Perform routine system audits, maintenance checks, and minor updates across client-facing infrastructure.

• Act as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries, delivering exceptional, customer-centric support to hospitality operators.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.





• 2-4 years of experience in technical support, IT engineering, or systems integration, preferably within SaaS or hospitality tech.

• Strong working knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and data synchronization processes.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and database management (SQL).

• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex software interoperability issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a charismatic, client-facing demeanor.

• Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the Middle East and international hospitality markets are a strong plus. Nice to have:

• Prior experience working with Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera, Mews, or Cloudbeds.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment (1-10 employees).

• Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript for automation tasks.

• Familiarity with ITIL framework or standard ticketing systems like Jira Service Management or Zendesk.
