Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
Experience: 7+ Years of relevant experience in architectural concept design, planning, and design coordination.
Location: Chennai & Bangalore
Candidates based in Bangalore will work in coordination with and report to the Chennai Design Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and finalize concept designs for residential apartment and villa projects.
- Coordinate with external architects and consultants throughout the design lifecycle.
- Handle master planning, unit planning, and space planning.
- Coordinate and review GFC drawings, exterior architecture, elevations, and design reviews.
- Conduct competition analysis and support product planning.
- Independently manage end-to-end concept and design coordination for projects.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and approval regulations based on the project location.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Experience as a Design Architect or Project Architect.
- Solid expertise in Concept Design, Design Coordination, Master Planning, Unit Planning, and Space Planning.
- Experience in high-rise residential apartments and villa projects is mandatory.
- Knowledge of relevant architectural approval norms and regulations for Chennai and Bangalore projects.
