Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical); PG in Materials Management/SCM preferred.
Experience: 25+ years in Procurement & Materials Management, preferably in Chemical, Petrochemical, Chlor-Alkali, Fertilizer, Refinery or Process industries.
Age: Maximum 55 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic procurement, sourcing and cost optimization.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiations and contracts.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, chemicals and engineering items.
- Drive inventory, supply chain and working capital optimization.
- Lead procurement digitalization, SAP/SRM, MIS and process improvements.
- Develop and mentor the Materials & Procurement team.
