Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Associate Recruiters US Staffing. This role is an excellent chance for graduates who want to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.

The selected candidates will receive training on US recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, US staffing terminology, and recruitment tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client job requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Search for suitable candidates using basic Boolean and keyword searches.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline.




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good spoken and written English communication.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Willingness to learn US Staffing and Recruitment.
- Comfortable working in a US/night shift.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
