Job Description:

- Design and develop scalable, high-performance enterprise applications using Java technologies.
- Lead technical architecture, application design, framework development, and coding best practices.
- Drive microservices-based architecture, API design, system integration, and cloud-native solutions.
- Collaborate with business, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver robust technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, performance tuning, and mentoring to development teams.

Required Skills:

- 12+ years of experience in Java/J2EE technologies.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Design Patterns.
- Hands-on experience in technical design, framework development, and solution architecture.
- Experience with Cloud (AWS/Azure), DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or other AI-powered development tools is preferred.
- Solid problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
