We are hiring for Patient Callers for the Bangalore Location.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handling patient calls for doctor appointments

- Greet patients on call professionally and courteously.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments on call.
- Verify insurance eligibility and obtain required authorizations when applicable.
- Explain registration forms, consent documents, and payment policies to patients on call.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.

Preferred candidate profile:

- A Candidate should have a minimum of 1 Year of Strong Experience in Patient Calling, with positive communication, Inbound calls, and working with a leading Medical billing company
- Immediate joiners preferred.
