Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Call Center Agent with at least 1 year of experience in handling inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate call logs in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of issues.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction).
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Call Center, Customer Support, BPO, or Customer Service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
