Job Summary
We are looking for a Training Manager to lead capability development and technical training programs for internal venture and innovation teams. The role will focus on identifying skill gaps, selecting relevant courses, and designing structured learning curricula to enable teams to build strong technical and product capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in training program development, curriculum design, and working with technical or innovation-driven teams.Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement training strategies and capability development programs.
- Identify skill gaps and training needs across internal teams.
- Develop structured learning curricula and training pathways.
- Evaluate and select relevant courses, certifications, and training programs from external providers.
- Create internal training materials, learning guides, and workshops.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps for team members.
- Collaborate with technical teams and program leaders to align training with innovation goals.
- Track training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
- Continuously improve training programs based on industry trends and organizational needs.

Qualification

Preferred Experience

- 6–10 years experience in training, capability development, or learning & development roles
- Experience designing technical training programs preferred
- Experience in innovation labs, venture builders, incubators, or R&D; environments is a plus
