- Product design and development Body-in-White Design
- Development of BIW components and CAD construction in NX with Daimler methodology.
- Master section creation and validations, Benchmarking
- Styling validation for technical requirement.
- Concept proposal, Packaging study, Interference check.
- Understanding of Door mechanisms, Glass, Hinges and Handles
- Creation of joining elements for the assembly
- Generating ideas for cost reduction and weight reduction
- Ensure quality and timelines of every deliverables in the projects.
- Discussion with cross functional teams (CFT) for incorporating feedback eg, Simulation, Manufacturing, Vehicle integration, Corrosion protection and incorporating changes
- J Change Management Qualifications - BE Mechanical with min 4 years' experience in Body-in-White Design Qualifications - BEJ
