Job Title - Oracle PPM Functional Consultant

Requirements:

We are hiring a Functional Senior Consultant to lead implementations and provide ongoing support for Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM). The role combines hands-on functional configuration, business analysis, client/stakeholder engagement, and post-golive support for Oracle PPM (Fusion Cloud PPM all modules).

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Oracle PPM functional implementations:
- Configure core PPM modules: Project Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Resource Management, Portfolio Management, Contracts, and integration where applicable.
- Design and manage reporting solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting and dashboards for PPM stakeholders.
- Define and implement security/roles, approval workflows, and business rules.
- Lead integration design with ERP (GL/AP/AR), HCM, CRM and third-party systems using REST/SOAP/APIs or Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Drive data migration activities, mapping, cleansing and validation for project masters, transactions,



budgets and resources.
- Oversee test cycles: unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) and cutover activities.
- Provide production support and operational runbooks: incident triage, root-cause analysis, fixes, workarounds and change requests (L2/L3).
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports and interfaces.
- Maintain project governance, deliverable quality, and alignment with client PMO and change management.
- Stay current with Oracle PPM product updates and recommend improvements or accelerators to clients.

Required Experience

- 8+ years of experience in Oracle PPM functional consulting (implementations + support). Candidates with 6+ years with strong Oracle PPM track record may be considered.
- Minimum 3 full-lifecycle Oracle PPM implementations (cloud or on-premise).
- Robust hands-on experience with one or more of: Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM, Oracle E-Business Suite PPM, Oracle Primavera P6 / Primavera Cloud.
