Position: Supply Chain Executive Pharmaceutical Purchase
Experience: 2+ Years
Location: Chennai | Coimbatore | Tiruppur
Salary: 25,000+ per month, based on experience & performance

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end pharmaceutical purchase and procurement activities.
- Source medicines, medical supplies, and other pharmaceutical products from reliable vendors.
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers to ensure quality, availability, and competitive pricing.
- Negotiate with vendors regarding price, credit terms, delivery schedules, and purchase conditions.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain proper purchase documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores/pharmacy teams to avoid stock-outs.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of medicines and medical supplies.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and follow up on pending orders.
- Compare quotations and select cost-effective suppliers without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements and inventory planning.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor details, invoices, and related documentation.
- Ensure pharmaceutical purchases comply with organizational and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical purchase, procurement, or supply chain.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, and vendor sourcing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor-management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of purchase processes, inventory management, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple purchase requirements.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
