Role & responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe)
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses and universities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads (calls, walk-ins, online inquiries)
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counseling and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Stay updated with visa rules, university requirements, and market trends

Preferred candidate profile

2-3 years of experience in study abroad counseling (mandatory)

Any graduate degree

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Good knowledge of international education systems and visa processes

Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment
