Role Summary
We are looking for motivated and energetic Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) to join our production and quality teams. This role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to learn the fundamentals of automotive manufacturing, shop-floor management, and quality control in a world-class setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Support: Assist in daily production activities, ensuring output targets are met while maintaining safety standards.
- Quality Monitoring: Perform line inspections and ensure all parts meet the required technical specifications.
- Process Improvement: Participate in Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve shop-floor efficiency.
- Machine Operation:
Learn to monitor and operate advanced CNC and assembly machinery.
- Documentation: Maintain production logs, quality reports, and shift-handover documents.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Mechanical, Automobile, Production, or Electrical Engineering).
- Batch: 2023, 2024, or 2025 graduates.
- Skills: Basic understanding of engineering drawings, measurement tools, and a strong willingness to work in a core manufacturing setup.
- Soft Skills: Good communication, disciplined approach, and a team-player attitude.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Stipend: 19,500 (Fixed).
- Work Schedule: 3 Rotational Shifts (8-hour shifts).
