Role & responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from prospective students and visa applicants.
- Counsel clients regarding overseas education opportunities and visit-visa services.
- Understand each clients profile, travel purpose, preferred country, budget, and requirements.
- Explain visa processes, documentation requirements, service charges, and estimated timelines.
- Convert enquiries generated through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins into clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested applicants.
- Schedule counselling sessions and office appointments.
- Assist clients in collecting and organising the required documents.
- Coordinate with the documentation and application-processing teams.
- Update client details, call records, follow-up dates, and application status in the CRM.
- Maintain professional communication through telephone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Work towards achieving individual and team conversion targets.
- Develop basic knowledge of student and visit-visa processes for countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and European countries.
- Ensure accurate information is provided without making false promises or guaranteeing visa approval.

Preferred candidate profile

- Any graduate or final-year graduate may apply.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in counselling, telecalling, sales,



immigration, travel, or education consultancy will be an advantage.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred; knowledge of Telugu or Urdu will be an added advantage.
- Confident, polite, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, WhatsApp, and internet browsing.
- Ability to learn visa procedures and documentation requirements.
- Good follow-up, convincing, and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented approach with a willingness to work in a professional sales environment.
- Candidates must be responsible, punctual, and willing to work from the office.
