- Position: Calling Specialists (Customer Service voice Process)
- Job Shift: Fixed Night Shift
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an International (Voice) Process.
- Education: We hire based on individual talent, skill and work ethic. Formal degrees are not a material in our hiring decision.
- Job Location: Navi Mumbai (Work From Office)
- Salary Range: 3,50,000 - 4,00,000 p.a

Key Responsibilities:

- Calling Specialists are responsible for communicating with Clients on special projects.
- They must possess a very high degree of Customer Service skills and must have an urgency to ensure the Client's objectives are met. They should be very effective communicators.
- Make and receive calls related to special clients and projects.
- Have a good understanding of the process objectives and be able to communicate effectively with the clients to achieve them.

SKILLS/EXPERTISE:





- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must have an Neutral Accent or American Accent (preferable) with a high degree of accuracy in pronunciation.
- Must have a clear voice and a must be able to communicate professionally without the use of conversation fillers or slang when speaking.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
- Must be self-managed, responsive and dedicated to customer support.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
