Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate dispatch planning, ensuring timely delivery of materials to customers.

- Manage incoming and outgoing stock, performing regular inventory reconciliations.

- Oversee weighbridge operations, maintaining accurate records of material quantities.

- Prepare dispatch documents accurately and efficiently using MS Excel.

- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues related to production operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Diploma holder in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification required.

- Robust knowledge of RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) products and processes preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and record-keeping purposes.

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the building material industry.
