Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data and records while ensuring confidentiality and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update data accurately into company systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
- Perform regular data checks and identify/correct errors or discrepancies.
- Prepare basic reports and summaries as required.
- Handle documents and information with confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify required information.
- Complete assigned data entry tasks within deadlines.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements





- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in data entry or administrative work.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
