- Conduct telephonic conversations with students to understand their educational goals and aspirations.
- Provide guidance on various courses, programs, and institutions based on student's interests and requirements.
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, telesales, or other means of lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, including notes taken during calls.
Job Requirements :
- 0-4 years of experience in inside sales or related field (educational services).
- Strong communication skills for effective phone conversations with students.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficiency in using technology for telecalling software applications.
