DGM S&OP; & Logisctis Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial); PG in Supply Chain/Operations preferred.
Experience: 20+ years in S&OP;, Supply Chain, Planning & Logistics, preferably in Chemical, Petrochemical, Chlor-Alkali, Fertilizer, Refinery or Process industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end S&OP;, demand forecasting, production & supply planning.
- Manage inbound/outbound logistics, distribution, transportation and warehousing.
- Drive inventory and working capital optimization.
- Improve supply chain efficiency, service levels and cost through process excellence and digitization.
- Leverage SAP, planning tools, dashboards and MIS for decision-making.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders and lead the Planning & Logistics team
