Position: Enterprise Log Management Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an Enterprise Log Management Engineer with hands-on experience in log management, SIEM integrations, and security monitoring. The candidate will be responsible for log ingestion, parsing, onboarding, monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, and platform administration across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and administer enterprise log management platforms
- Configure log ingestion, parsing, indexing, retention, and storage
- Onboard and manage log sources from servers, applications, cloud, SaaS, and network devices
- Integrate logs with SIEM, IAM, cloud security, and vulnerability management tools
- Troubleshoot log ingestion and integration issues with SOC and Infra teams
- Develop dashboards and reports for log health, coverage, and performance monitoring
- Perform log source reconciliation with CMDB/asset inventory
- Conduct health checks, platform tuning,



and performance optimization
- Maintain SOPs, onboarding documents, and parser configurations
- Support BC/DR activities and coordinate with platform vendors when required

Required Skills

- Experience in Enterprise Log Management/SIEM environments
- Solid knowledge of log ingestion, parsing, normalization, and retention
- Experience with Windows, Linux, and Unix log sources
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure log integrations
- Understanding of security tools, network devices, and endpoint platforms
- Experience in dashboards, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Skills

- SIEM integration experience
- Scripting knowledge (Python/Shell/PowerShell)
- Knowledge of SOC operations and security monitoring
- Experience in clustered or enterprise-scale environments
