The ideal candidate understands how to turn raw footage into engaging, retention-focused content for social media.
What We’re Looking For
* 1.5+ years of professional video editing experience
* Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro
* Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
* Experience editing content for founders, coaches, creators, or personal brands
* Strong understanding of Reels, Shorts, YouTube, and social media content
* Good sense of storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound design, and visual hierarchy
* Good English communication skills
* Ability to understand creative briefs and execute independently
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to improve
* Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment
Significant
We are not looking for wedding, travel, or event-focused editors. We specifically want someone who understands personal branding and social media content.
You must have your own laptop or PC capable of handling professional video editing.
