Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Technical Consultant to drive the design, development, and customization of enterprise-scale Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) solutions. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in OA Framework (OAF), advanced PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML/BI Publisher, and Oracle Workflows across SCM (PO, Inventory), Finance (AP, AR), and Project Costing (Oracle Projects) modules. Prior technical delivery experience within the Construction / EPC industry is highly desirable.

Mandatory Skills & Must-Haves

- OAF (OA Framework): Hands-on development of OAF pages, extensions, VO/EO substitutions, and personalizations.
- Module Depth: Technical expertise in Oracle SCM (Purchasing, Inventory), Oracle Financials (Payables, Receivables), and Oracle Project Costing (PA).
- Core Technical Stack: Advanced SQL & PL/SQL (Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, APIs), Performance Tuning.
- Tools & RICEFW: Oracle Forms 10g/11g, Oracle Reports 10g/11g, XML / BI Publisher, and Oracle Workflow Builder.
- Domain Experience: Prior technical lifecycle experience in Construction, EPC, Real Estate, or Contracting projects is preferred.
- Key Responsibilities

- Technical Customization & RICEFW Development:

- Design, build, customize, and maintain complex Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows (RICEFW) across Oracle EBS R12.
- Develop and tune high-performance PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, and complex data models.
- Design and implement OAF pages, framework extensions, and business logic customizations.
- Perform Oracle Forms personalization's and custom Form extensions adhering to standard Oracle practices.

- Integrations & Third-Party Applications:

- Develop, configure, and maintain integrations using Oracle APIs, Open Interface tables,



REST/SOAP web services, and middleware frameworks.
- Build and maintain secure data flows between Oracle EBS, banking interfaces, third-party project management systems, and vendor platforms.
- Oversee interface monitoring, error-handling routines, and data reconciliation processes.

- Reporting & Data Migration:

- Develop complex XML Publisher / BI Publisher data templates, RTF layouts, and management dashboards.
- Manage data conversion scripts, data correction routines, and master data migrations (Suppliers, Items, Chart of Accounts, Bank Accounts, Project Cost records).

- Techno-Functional Support & Maintenance:

- Provide technical and techno-functional support across SCM (PO, INV), Financials (AP, AR), and Project Costing modules.
- Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) on production issues, resolve critical data fixes, and ensure system uptime.
- Work with functional consultants and business users to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Documentation & Release Management:

- Prepare standard technical documentation: Technical Design Documents (MD070), Installation Scripts (MD120), and Unit Test Plans (TE020).
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release packaging, and change management procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Technology (B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc in Computer Science, IT, or related field) or MCA / M.Tech.
- Experience: 6 to 12 years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12 technical development experience.
- Domain: Strong background working on implementations or support projects in the Construction, Real Estate, Contracting, or EPC sector.Role & responsibilities
