Hiring Executive Director Operations

Location: Chennai

Industry: Healthcare / RCM

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead large-scale operations teams across multiple locations and clients.
- Drive talent strategy, employee engagement, succession planning, and retention.
- Ensure client SLAs, service quality, and business outcomes are consistently achieved.
- Lead process improvement and transformation using Lean & Six Sigma.
- Manage operational strategy, client relationships, and stakeholder communication.
- Own P&L;, costing, and profitability of operations.
- Coordinate effectively with HR, IT, Finance, SAP, and other support functions.

Required Experience:

- 18+ years of experience in Healthcare RCM.
- Hands-on Home Health RCM experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in AR, Denials, Appeals, Rejections & Revenue Optimization.
- 2+ years in Director-level or above leadership role.
- Experience managing large teams and multiple client engagements.
- Exposure to P&L; management and operational transformation.

Added Advantage: Behavioral Health, PT, OT, Ambulatory Care, Urgent Care, or DME experience.
