About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant at the Senior Consultant level with 46 years of hands-on expertise to design, develop, configure, and integrate scalable Microsoft Customer Engagement and Dataverse solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, customize, and implement Dynamics 365 CE (Sales/Customer Service) modules, Dataverse data models, business rules, and security architectures.
- Develop backend customizations including custom C#/.NET plugins, custom workflow activities, custom APIs, and Power Automate cloud flows.
- Build client-side business logic and user interface extensions using JavaScript, TypeScript, and the Dynamics 365 Client API.




- Implement robust integrations connecting Dynamics 365 CE with third-party enterprise applications using REST/OData Web APIs and Azure services.
- Manage solution packaging, environment strategies, and ALM deployment pipelines across Dev, UAT, and Production using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and delivery teams to prepare technical documentation, perform code reviews, and support UAT.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline with 4–6 years of overall IT experience (including 3+ years dedicated to Dynamics 365 CE technical development).
- Strong hands-on coding proficiency in C#, .NET plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dataverse configuration, and Web API integrations.
- Working knowledge of Model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate, solution layering, and ALM processes (PL-400 or PL-200 certifications preferred).
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills with the ability to manage technical deliverables independently.
